肝硬化低钠血症临床分析与意义

摘要 肝硬化是临床各种慢性肝病发展的晚期阶段,肝硬化患者,尤其失代偿期由于体液稳态调节异常而极易并发低钠血症,严重低钠血症常促使或加重肝肾综合征与肝性脑病的发生,
