数字减影脑血管造影技术在脑血管病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨数字减影脑血管造影术(DSA)在脑血管病诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析25例不同脑血管病患者的DSA阳性检出率、安全性及临床特点。结果:所有受检者无1例发生永久性神经功能缺损。总DSA阳性检出率高达88%,其中缺血性脑血管病阳性率最高81.8%(18/22),主要血管病变为脑动脉粥样硬化性狭窄或闭塞,颅外段受累多见。结论:规范化操作可充分保障DSA检查的安全性。慎重筛查DSA纳入病例可提高DSA的阳性。
