妇科护理安全隐患的分析及对策研究

旨在保证护理安全是患者在接受治疗过程中的根本需求。就妇科护理而言,患者能否快速痊愈很大程度上取决于护理服务工作的质量。由于患者病情的差异及私密性使得妇科护理人员需要拥有过硬的专业技术理论知识、丰富的临床工作经验、高度的职业素养以及敬业奉献精神。目前尚有一些安全隐患存在于妇科护理工作中,笔者在此尝试分析研究这些不利因素,探讨如何在临床实践中提高妇科护理工作的质量、保证患者的安全与健康。

To ensure the care and safety is the fundamental needs of the patient in the process of receiving treatment. For gynecological care, the patients ability to quickly heal depends largely on the quality of care. The differences of the patientg condition and privacy makes the the gynecology nurses need to have strong technical expertise theoretical knowledge and a wealth of clinical experienee,a high degree of professionalism and dedication dedication. Currently there are a number of security risks exist in gynecological care,I try the analysis of these unfavorable factors, and explore ways to improve the quality of gynecological care in clinical practice to ensure the safety and health of the patient.
