经尿道前列腺电切术术中发生电切综合征的预防及护理措施

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)的预防及护理措施。方法:分析施行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)发生(TURS)综合征的原因,讨论59例经尿道前列腺电切术患者,术中采用低压冲洗,控制手术时间<2小时,密切观察患者生命体征等护理措施对于预防(TURS)的效果。结果:施行经尿道前列腺电切术59例,仅1例出现不同程度的一过性血压增高、呼吸急促、烦躁不安等(TURS)综合征先兆,其余均在正常范围。结论:TURS护理关键在于术前调整良好的生理心理状态,准备适当的灌洗液,术中保持引流管通畅及膀胱内低压,监测生命体征、神志变化,及时发现可疑TURS征兆,积极处理,预后良好。

Objective:to explore the prevention and care measure for TURS.Methods:analysis the reason of TURS during the TURP,studied 59 cases of TURS patients,using the low pressure flushing during the surgery,and controlling the operation time is less than 2 hours.observing closely the patients' vital sign.Results:in these 59 TURP cases,only 1 patient 1 appeared TURS forerunners,such as blood pressure increasing,shortness of breath,irritability etc.the rest were in the normal range.Conclusion:The key of TURS lies in the adjustment of the patient in good physiological and psychological state before operation;prepare appropriate lavage,maintain the drainage tube patency and bladder low pressure,monitor vital signs and conscious change;detect the suspicious signs of TURS timely,and treat actively.The prognosis is good.
