摘要
随着海上运输的发展,海洋溢油事故也时有发生,本文讨论了modis图像处理的一些方法及溢油处理措施。Modis数据在时间分辨率和光谱波段范围上都具有非常大的优势[7],0.5天的时间分辨率可以对全球海域的区域进行全天候的检测,丰富的光谱信息也可以使我们对不同溢油油品和相关溢油条件选择不同的检测手段,我们对溢油区域的检测将得到更加精确的结果。溢油事故的一些处理方法的研究,可以减少海上溢油的危害性,对保护海上环境有着重要的研究意义。
With the development of maritime transport,marine oil spill accidents often occur.This paper discuss the measure of image processing on modis and oil spill measurements.The modis data has advantages of the resolution of time and spectral region.The half-day resolution of time can monitor the global region day and night.We are able to use different monitoring measures on different oil spill and relevant conditions by the abundant spectral information. So we get more accurate results from the oil spill region.The research of measures of oil spill accidents reduce the oil spill pollution, it has great importance of marine environment protection.
