作者在文中分析了国外公众参与城市规划的某些成功经验，结合中国城市规划现状，探讨21世纪中国实施公众参与城市规划的方法。
This paper analyzes some successful experiences of public participation in other countries. According to the status of China's Urban planning, it probes into the manners of public participation to urban planning in China.
