摘要 目的通过对北京地区普通专科医师培训基地现状的调查,找出影响专科医师培训的主要因素。方法利用个人深度访谈收集资料,采用主体框架法对访谈资料进行分析,找出北京地区专科医师培训的影响因素,并提出改善建议。结果老师带教较差的原因主要有3条:部分带教老师本身没有经过教学培训,也无丰富的带教经验,加上准备不足,使教学质量受到影响;部分带教老师不放手;部分带教老师对送培学员缺乏认同感。住院医师待遇低及无法解决住宿导致24h住院医师负责制无法实现和影响学员参加培训的积极性。结论应建立培训竞争机制,改善培训机会均等性以及保证轮转计划落实到位。 Objective To analyze current status and problems of specialist training implementation in Bei- jing, and the main factors that could impact the specialist training implementation in Beijing. Methods Individual depth interviews method was used and the interview data were analyzed by the main body frame method for analyzing the impact factors of specialist training, and the suggestions to the implementation of specialist training in Beijing were provided. Results There were 3 reasons accounting for the phenomenon of poor training actions. (1)The first factor was the short of necessary knowledge, work experience, and teaching skill training; (2)The second factor was giving little practice chance to the specialists ;(3)The third factor was treating people from other hospital with indiffer- ence. Also by inducting qualitative result, 24 hours of resident responsibility system could not reach and the special- ist enthusiasm was affected caused by low income and insufficient lodging. Conclusion The competition system should be created; the rigorous training facility standard shoud be secured and the training implementation should be strengthened.
