摘要
根据植检实验室的特点,结合深圳出入境检验检疫局的植检实验室所积累的经验,提出植检实验室建设是一个系统工程,需要实验室建设各有关部门密切配合,不仅要做好实验室的功能分区与平面布局,流程优化,更要做好植检实验室七大系统的设计和建设。同时对未来植检实验室的建设提出要加强对植检实验室建设现状的调研,加快植检实验室建设标准化步伐,重视植物检疫隔离温室的建设以及要充分考虑植检实验室安全因素等建议。
In this study, a concept that plant quarantine construction is a systematical engineering was put forward according to the characteristics of plant inspection and quarantine laboratory (PIQL), and combining with the experience accumulated by Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in recent years. Each unit in relation with laboratory construction should work in close coordination. Not only must sectorization, plane layout and process optimization be programmed, but the design and construction of seven subsystems also need to be well done. At the same time, some suggestions were proposed for the future as follows: strengthening the investigation of PIQL current situation, speeding up PIQL construction standardized, attached importance to plant quarantine greenhouse construction and consideration of the PIQL safety factor
