摘要
依据铅元素与铅试剂的显色反应原理,通过控制溶液pH值,加入掩蔽剂等方法排除非铅离子的干扰,结合显色反应与铅离子浓度之间的对应关系,研发一种针对锡合金仿真饰品中铅含量的快速筛选检测方法。经验证,对于铅含量大于40mg/kg的样品,本方法具有很高的灵敏度与可操作性。作为日常仿真饰品铅含量检验的有效筛选手段,本方法可显著提高检验效率,意义重大。
In this paper, a rapid screening method, which was based on the chromogenic reaction of lead and lead reagent by controlling the pH value of the solution and adding masking agent for interference exclusion and combining the corresponding relationship between the chromogenic reaction and lead ion concentration, was set up. The result shows that this method has high sensitivity and operability when the lead content was higher than 40mg/kg. As an effective assisting technique, this method can significantly improve the inspection efficiency and has great significance.
