Analysis on Results of Food Microbiological Proficiency Test(CNAS T0504)

实验室应用2010版国标4789.2、4789.3、4789.4、4789.10、4789.30,参加了CNAS T 0504的菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌及单增李斯特氏菌5项微生物能力验证。结果显示:定量项目菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌的Z值均<2;定性项目沙门氏菌、单增李斯特氏菌均为检出。结果满意,实验室能很好的应用国标4789(2010)系列开展微生物检测。

Laboratory participated in the microbiological proficiency test following the GB 4789.2, 4789.3, 4789.4, 4789.10（2010） and tested 5 items for Aerobic plate count, Coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes. The reports showed that the Z scores for quantitative items were all less than 2（satisfactory result） and that the results of qualitative items, Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes, were all detected, which were satisfactory. In conclusion,the laboratory can apply GB 4789（2010） series well in testing microbiological items.
