摘要
从感观鉴别、化学分析、指纹图谱和分子生物学等四个方面对近十年来茶叶的鉴别技术进行了综述。
Tea identification techniques, such as sensory examination, chemical analysis, finger-printing and molecular biology for the last decade were reviewed.
