摘要
市政淤泥因含各种污染物和易堵塞市政排水管网而对城市的环保与排水质量造成危害 ,寻求经济合理和环境安全的淤泥利用与处置途径是本研究的目的。通过对淤泥的组成与产生特性的分析 ,认为淤泥的现场脱水固化是其合理利用与处置的关键。研制的移动式脱水机组可使淤泥浆达到80%以上的减量化 ,泥饼含水率≤30% ,土工特性满足作绿地基土 (农用 )、制建材与填埋处理的要求 ,且与现行消纳成本相比有经济上的优势。
Municipal sludge is hazardous to city environment as it contains various pollutants and is easy to block the sewer system. This study is to find economic and rational ways to utilize and dispose of sludge without causing environmental problems. Based on analysis of the characteristics of sludge composition and formation, it is believed that the key point is to dewater and solidify sludge on the spot. The mobile dewater machine can reduce the volume of sludge by 80% or more, and the dewatered cake has a water content ≤30%, geotechanically meeting the requirements for green land base soil, construction material and filling disposal. With economic advantages, this technique has both environmental and economic benefits.
