超声心动检查在先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎诊断中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究超声心动检查在先天性心脏病(先心病)合并感染性心内膜炎诊断中的价值,为临床诊断治疗提供决策依据。方法选取186例在医院行手术治疗的先心病合并感染性心内膜炎患者为研究对象,分析超声心动检查对先心病合并感染性心内膜炎的诊断价值。结果超声心动示主动脉瓣附着赘生物所占比例为27.96%,二尖瓣附着37.63%,主动脉瓣和二尖瓣混合附着18.82%,三尖瓣附着14.52%,肺动脉瓣附着10.75%,与手术所见无明显差异;瓣膜反流、瓣膜穿孔等与术中所见也无明显差异。结论超声心动分辨率较高,对于微小赘生物以及瓣膜穿孔、腱索断裂等瓣膜结构损害的检出率较高,有助于了解心脏基础疾病。 OBJECTIVE To research the value of the echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease complicated with the infective endocarditis so as to provide basis. METHODS A total of 186 cases of patients with congenital heart disease complicated with infective endocarditis, who underwent the surgical treatment in the hospital, were selected as the research objects. The diagnostic value of the echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease complicated with infective endocarditis was analyzed. RESULTS The proportion of the excrescence attached to the aortic valve was 27.96%, 37.63% attached to mitral valve, 18.82% attached to the mixed aortic and mitral valve, 14.52% attached to tricuspid valve, and 10.75% attached to pulmonary valve, the surgery found no significant difference; there was no significant difference in the valvular regurgitation or the valvular perforation. CONCLUSION The resolution of echocardiography is higher, and the detection rates for the small vegetations and the valve structure damage such as the valve perforation and the tendon cable are higher, which helps to understand the underlying heart diseases.
