加强医院感染管理降低感染率

Strengthening control of nosocomial infections to reduce the infection rate

目的研究和总结基层医院感染管理工作的新模式、新方法,加强医院感染的预防与控制,降低医院感染发生率。方法院领导高度重视,主管部门认真落实;健全组织机构,责任明确到人;完善制度和规范操作流程,使医务人员有据可依、有章可循;加强培训,提高医务人员的感控安全意识;加强医院感染监测,及时消除隐患;利用现代化手段保证消毒灭菌质量;强化督导检查,落实责任追究。结果医院感染预防控制工作成效显著,2011年医院感染率为0.30‰,2012年医院感染率为0.05‰。结论科学化、规范化、标准化、法制化的医院感染管理,有效地降低了医院感染率,提高了医疗护理质量。

OBJECTIVE To study and summarize new modes and new approaches to control the nosocomial infections in grass-roots hospitals and strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infections so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS The hospital leadership attached great importance, The competent departments seriously implemented, the organizations were made sound, the accountability was defined to every individual; the systems and the operation procedures were made perfected and standardized so as to make the medical staff have evidence to rely upon and the rules to follow. The awareness of infection control safety of the medical staff has been improved through the training; the hidden dangers have been eliminated through Strengthening the monitoring of nosocomial infections; the disinfection quality was ensured through the modern means; the supervision and inspection was intensified ,and the accountability system was implerhented. RESULTS The prevention and control of the nosocomial infections has achieved significant effect ,the incidence of nosocomial infections was 0.30‰ in 2011 , 0.05‰ in 2012. CONCLUSION The scientific, standardized,and legalized control of nosocomial,infections has effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and has improved the quality of medical care.
