定期培训在改善手术室工作人员感染知识掌握的效果研究

Effect of regular training on improving awareness of infection knowledge of operating room staff

目的观察定期培训在改善手术室工作人员感染知识掌握及意识中的效果,从而提高手术室工作人员感染知识掌握率。方法对医院手术室员工定期培训后,培训前后统一参加考试,统计合格率,技能操作采用先培训后现场随机抽考。结果培训前参加考试共82人,理论操作考试合格57人,合格率为69.5%;培训后参加考试共82人,理论操作考试合格78人,合格率为95.1%;技能操作考试合格76人,合格率为92.68%;培训后较培训前合格率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定期培训可提高手术室工作人员感染知识掌握率,加强业务操作技能,降低医院感染率。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of regular training on improving the awareness of infection knowledge of the operating room staff so as to improve the awareness of the infection control of the operating room staff. METHODS The operating room staff of the hospital received the regular training, and examination was taken before and after the training, and the pass rate was recorded. The on-site operation skills were randomly tested after the training. RESULTS Totally 82 subjects took the exam before the training, 57 passed the theory operation exam with the pass rate of 69.5%. Of totally 82 subjects who took the exam after the training, 78 passed the theory operation with the pass rate of 95.1% ; 76 passed the skill operation exam with the pass rate of 92.68 % ; the pass rate was significantly improved after the training, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The regular training can improve the awareness of the infection control of the operating room staff, it is necessary to strengthen the operation skill so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
