摘要
结合某实际工程,对大底盘塔楼偏置结构裙房与塔楼之间设缝分开与否两种模型塔楼部分结构进行了大震作用下结构性能对比分析,并对两种模型的材料用量进行统计分析。分析结果表明,此类结构体系受力复杂,裙房上部塔楼墙肢损伤范围较大,且材料用量明显大于常规结构体系。分析结果对结构设计具有较高的参考价值。
Based on a real project, comparative analysis was done between an offset tower with enlarged base and a single-tower without enlarged base the seldom occurred under large seismic action, and the material consumption statistics was done on the two models. The analysis results show that the first structural system is very complicated in the structure performance, the tower walls over the podium were damaged seriously and the material dosage is significantly greater than the amount of conventional structural system. The conclusion can provide valuable reference for the structural design.
