门式钢管脚手架稳定承载力影响因素分析

摘要 为了对新型门式钢管脚手架的承载性能有充分的认识,保证其安全性,本文根据试验研究和理论分析的结果,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对门式钢管脚手架稳定承载力的影响因素进行了分析,包括对不同立杆连接节点刚度下脚手架稳定承载力变化规律的分析,以及水平加固杆、扫地杆、封口杆、连墙件和交叉支撑的设置对脚手架稳定性影响的分析。分析结果表明,脚手架承载力随立杆连接节点刚度的增加而增加,节点刚接时承载力有显著提高,水平加固杆、扫地杆、封口杆及交叉支撑的设置对脚手架承载力的影响非常大,连墙件的竖向间距对脚手架承载力亦有一定影响。脚手架在设计计算中应考虑半刚性节点连接刚度的影响,在实际搭设中应确保节点连接可靠,重视水平加固杆的作用及脚手架结构的空间整体刚度,按规定合理设置扫地杆、封口杆,严格按规范要求在门架内外两侧设置交叉支撑。 In order to get full understanding of the bearing capacity of frame scaffoldings with steel tubes that are new types and ensure the safety of those new type scaffoldings, based on the results of experimental study and theoretical analysis, this paper adopts ANSYS software to carry out analysis of the influential factors of stability bearing capacity of the frame scaffoldings, including analyzing changing laws of the bearing capacity with different joint stiffnesses used, influence of installation of horizontal reinforcing tubes, bottom horizontal tubes, connecting tubes and crossed braces to the stability of the scaffoldings. The analysis results demonstrate that when the joint stiffness increases, the bearing capacity of the scaffoldings is improved, and when the joint is rigid, the bearing capacity improves dramatically; the installations of horizontal reinforcing tubes, bottom tubes and crossed braces have large effects on the stability bearing capacity, and the vertical distance of connecting tubes is also has some effect. The effects of these influential factors should be paid attention to when designing and applying the frame scaffoldings, and these influential members mentioned should be installed reasonably.
