空间网格结构支座关键杆件分析及现场实测研究

Analysis and Field Experiments of the Key Rod of Supports in Space Frames

摘要 在空间网格结构设计中,支座的设计至关重要,直接影响整个结构的安全。针对支座的研究,国内外已经有很多,但多集中在支座本身。事实上,无论是与支座相连的关键杆件还是支座本身只要出现局部屈服,支座都会丧失继续承载的能力,遭到破坏。因此,对支座关键杆件的研究也显得尤为重要和必要。文章结合工程实例,在施工中对支座关键杆件的应力进行了实时在线监控,并利用有限元软件ANSYS对整体进行静力分析,得出相关杆件的应力,并将结果与实测值进行比较。从比较结果可以得出以下结论:首先各杆件处于弹性工作阶段,整个结构承载力安全;其次,对于此类关键杆件,用有限元法对整体进行的静力分析,能较为真实地反映支座关键杆件的实际受力状态。 The design of supports in a space frame design is crucial, and it directly affects the security of the entire grid. There have been many studies on the supports at home and abroad, but the researches are more concentrated on the support itself. In fact, whether the key rod connected with the support or the support itself appears in the local yielding, the support will lose to the carrying capacity, namely damage. So the research on the key rod of the support is particularly important and necessary. Combined with the project example, the stress was obtained in the real-time online monitoring in the construction process and the finite element software ANSYS was used for the static analysis to get the rod stress values, then compared with the measured ones. The following conclusions can be drawn from the result of the comparison : firstly, each key rod is in elastic stage, the entire structure is safe ; Secondly, for these key rod of supports, we can get the real force state from the whole static analysis by using the finite element method.
