摘要
普通混凝土以大掺量掺入磨细矿渣和粉煤灰后得到复合胶凝材料混凝土,再采用脱硫石膏替代粉煤灰,研究混凝土收缩性能的变化。试验表明:采用大掺量磨细矿渣和粉煤灰可减小混凝土收缩率,脱硫石膏掺入可进一步减小收缩率。脱硫石膏掺量在占掺合料总量一定范围时效果显著,并在60~120d可产生微膨胀,同时工作性能和抗压强度也能有所提高。
Composite cementations material of concrete is produced by adding a large amount of ground slag and coal ash. This research is conducted by using desulphurization gypsum instead of coal ash to find out the changes in the contracting effect of concrete. Tests findings show that by increasing a certain amount of the slag and coal ash the shrinkage ratio can be lowered, and the ratio can be further lowered with the adding of desulphurization gypsum. When desulphurization gypsum amount is in a certain range the effect is significant, and within 60 - 120 days micro expansion occurs. Meanwhile, the working performance and compressive strength of concrete can also he improved.
