On the Construction of Teacher Team:a Continuous Education Perspective

继续教育是教师适应时代发展要求的重要途径,通过继续教育使教师与社会经济发展、文化进步繁荣、教育改革变化发生最密切的联系,认识和理解课程发展趋势,弥补教育教学不足和缺陷,把握教育面对未来的任务。而教师团队建设是实现继续教育目标的重要形式,通过团队建设实现教师专业发展目标,通过团队建设改变学校的办学理念,提高教学效率。因此,继续教育视野下的教师团队建设,既是教师继续教育的主要方式,也是实现继续教育目标的手段。
