摘要
合作式现场课例研究模式有利于教师与学生的共同发展。其重要的实施策略如下:建立平等合作的伙伴关系,确定研究的关键问题,进行相互的课堂实况观察,提供建设性的反馈建议。
The mode of collaborative local lesson study could benefit the development of new teachers and students. The strategies are as follows : to establish an equal and collaborative partnership, to confirm the key problem of study, to observe the live classroom, and to offer the constructive feedback.
