Key technologies of CIMS in LCD panel manufacturing enterprises

从某公司的彩膜工场CIMS需求分析出发,基于液晶面板生产过程中主要环节进行分析和构造,提出了三个主要的独立模块设计方案:生产计划执行模块、要料供给模块以及生产过程出现的面板品质信息处理模块。为了保证该CIMS的高稼动性,将生产计划状态、要料信息、设备实时参数、液晶面板品质信息与CIMS进行了实时通信,减少了生产过程中人为因素的风险。

According to the demand analysis of CIMS in color filter plant, three independent modules specification are designed based on the analysis and structure of LCD panel main process. They are production plan executing module, material supplying module and panel quality information process module. The status of production plan, material information, process data of ma- chines, panel quality information and CIMS data are communicated each other, high reliability of CIMS is accurate and human risk during production process is reduced.
