摘要
目的:以金丝桃为研究对象,以HPLC法测得的数据为标准值,通过建模,定量测定了金丝桃药材中有效成分金丝桃苷与贯叶金丝桃素。方法:建立校正样品集与测试样品集,采集近红外光谱,运用偏最小二乘法建立数学模型,对测试集进行预测。结果:金丝桃苷、贯叶金丝桃素模型外部验证预测值与理论值的相关系数(R)分别为0.9967、0.9943。结论:此方法简便,对药材无损,特别适合于大量重复性样品的分析测定,为NIRDRS技术应用于中药材品质评价提供了可能。
Objective:To determine the active ingredients (hyperoside and hyperforin)in Hypericum species based on the standard reference values measured with HPLC through model construction with Hypericum monogynum as thestudy subject. Methods:Near - infrared spectra were cdllected. The quantitative calibration model of hyperoside and hyperforin was built with near - infrared spectrometry combined with partial least squares (PLS) to calculate the testset. Results :The predicted values of hyperoside and hyperforin in samples by extra validation of the math model correlated quite well with the standard value and the related coefficients(R)of hyperoside and hyperforin were 0. 9967 and0. 9943. Conclusion : Near - infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIRDRS) technique provides a simple, non - destructive alternative for quality evaluation of crude TCM drugs, especially for large batches of samples.
