船板钢热轧过程温度场及显微组织演变模拟 被引量:3

Simulation on the temperature fields and microstructure evolution of ship plate steel during hot rolling process

摘要 结合钢厂实际轧制工艺参数,应用商业DEFORM-3D软件对船板钢板进行多道次热轧模拟。模拟结果表明,实际生产工艺下的模拟温度场与钢厂测量值较吻合,验证了热轧模拟的可靠性及正确性,然后结合再结晶模型预测了热轧过程中的显微组织演变规律,进而为钢厂轧制工艺参数的制定提供参考。 The commercially available FE analysis software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the multi-pass hot rolling process of ship plate steel based on actual parameters of production line. The results show that the temperature field of the steel was approximate to the measured values of the producing processes. So the simulation results prove the accuracy and the validity of hot rolling model, and the microstructure evolution which can provide an important reference to establish rolling process parameters in factory was simulated with recrystallization model.
