热送热装对X80管线钢组织性能及析出行为的影响 被引量:4

Effect of hot charging on microstructure,mechanical properties and precipitation behavior of X80 pipeline steel

摘要 运用拉伸、金相、TEM和EDS等测试方法,对热送热装X80管线钢组织性能及析出行为进行研究。结果表明,1100℃热装的铸坯轧板材晶粒略大于室温装炉轧制板材。1100℃热装轧板析出物细小、均匀和弥散,碳氮化物析出数量要高于室温装炉轧板,并且其断后伸长率、屈强比和冲击韧性优于室温装炉轧制板材。 Effect of hot charging on precipitation behavior and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel were investigated by using tensile, metallographic, TEM and EDS. The results show that grain size of the rolled steel plate hot charged at 1100 ℃ is slightly larger than that of the cold charged at room temperature. Precipitates of the rolled steel plate hot charged at 1100℃ are fine, homogeneous and dispersive, and the amount of precipitates is more than that of the cold charged at room temperature, the elongation, yield ratio and impact toughness of the rolled steel plate hot charged at 1100℃ are better than those of the cold charged at room temperature.
