摘要
介绍了一种硫酸盐三价铬电镀黑铬工艺。镀铬沉积速度达到0.055μm/min,镀层厚度可达到0.2μm。镀层光滑,枪黑色,中性盐雾试验48h不变色,恒定湿热试验、冷热冲击试验、人造汗液测试和抗化学污染测试均合格。生产实践表明,镀液性能稳定,操作简单,便于维护,用户满意度较高。
Trich-7721 process of black chromium plating from trivalent chromium plating bath in sulfate system was introduced. The chromium deposition rate could reach 0.055 μm/min while the coating thickness could achieve 0.2μm. The coating was smooth, gun-black, did not tarnish after neutral salt spray test for 48 h and could pass steady-state damp heat test, cold-heat shock test, artificial sweat test and chemical contamination test. Productive practices showed that the plating bath possessed advantages of high stability, simple operation and easy maintenance, which got higher customer satisfaction.
