摘要
食品企业社会责任的缺失是食品安全事件频发的前因。以沪深股市58家食品饮料业上市公司为样本,采用扎根理论探索构建食品企业社会责任的影响因素及其作用机制模型,显示企业文化是企业社会责任的内在前置驱动因素,质量改进和经济绩效是调节"文化-责任"关系的内部情境因素,企业荣誉是调节"文化-责任"关系的外部情境因素。
The lack of foods corporate social responsibility is an antecedent of frequent food safety events. The influencing factors and driving mechanism model of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is built base on 58 food beverage industry listed companies from Shanghai and Shenzhen Exchanges by the grounded theory. The finding is that the corporate cuhure(CC)is the internal front driving factor of CSR, and both the quality improvement and the economic performance are the internal situation adjustment factors between the "CC-CSR", and the enterprise honor is the external situation adjustment factor between the "CC-CSR". The drive mechanism and regulation mechanism are interpreted also. Several policy suggestions for China's food safety management are put forward in the end.
