直接法硬脂酸锌的耐热性能改进研究

摘要 采用直接法工艺合成硬脂酸锌,在合成过程中加入某种抗氧化助剂T以提高硬脂酸锌的热稳定性能;实验结果表明:在加入抗氧助剂T后的硬脂酸锌耐热稳定性能比普通硬脂酸锌有了明显提高且所用抗氧助剂T对硬脂酸锌其他性能无明显不良影响,改良后的硬脂酸锌已经有塑料生产商在使用。 Zinc stearate is obtained by the process called "direct synthesis",which of the thermal stability is improved by adding a kind of anti-oxidation reagent in the synthesis process.The results show that the thermal stability of zinc stearate with "anti-oxidation additives T" has been significantly improved than ordinary zinc stearate and the "anti-oxidant additives T" has no significant adverse impact on the other properties of the zinc stearate.The modified zinc stearate has been used in some plastics manufacturers.
