海洋工程行业码头滑靴选择优化方案

摘要 导管架和上部组块(统称建造模块)的整体组装场地主要包括滑道、滑靴和码头。随着海洋石油平台建造向着大型化方向发展,建造模块在进行场地布置时,最主要的问题就是考虑滑道承载能力是否满足导管架整体重量的要求。文章主要对滑道单位长度受力大小与滑靴形式的关系进行分析。利用SACS和ANSYS软件建立了应力分析模型,对不同的滑靴形式进行了应力分布对比分析。并从改变滑靴结构形式、高度和支腿高度等方向进行了设计方案的改进。 Integral assembling site of casing shelf and upper module(AKA: fabrication model) mainly consists of launch、skid shore and yard.the crucial emphases,with the remarkable size-oriented development of oil offshore platforms,should be lay upon whether the whole casing shelf mass would be a safe amount in terms of bearing capacity of launch,when site layout of fabrication model is carried through.Now the analysis of relationship between stress launch of unit length and skid form will be put into practice.In a addition,the stress analyses model,thanks to SACS and ANSYS,has come to reality,thereafter,comparison and analysis of stress distribution to different skid shoe have been possible.What's more,a great deal of improvement of designing scheme have been done,among which,to mention only a few,endeavor to make skid shoe structure and high,leg high more suitable are cases in point.
