废水热力焚烧装置工艺改造分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,国内外废水处理技术发展迅速,活性污泥生化处理、浸入式双膜法、催化湿式氧化法、固定床离子交换树脂吸附法等处理技术日趋完善,但对丙烯酸行业而言,热力焚烧技术仍是高浓度废水最为成熟的技术之一。焚烧后的外排废水COD小于100,氨氮、pH、固体悬浮物均达到排放标准。文章以性能测试数据为基础,提出增加防喘振线、废水回收利用、增加重组分吹扫线等优化工艺的各项改造,以达到节能降耗、安全环保的目的。 The recent years,with the rapid development of waste water treatment,some treatment technologies which were activated sludge biochemical method,submerged double membrane method,catalytic wet oxidation method and fixed bed ion exchange resin adsorption method have been perfected.However,as for the field of acrylic acid,the one of the most useful method is thermal incineration.After incineration,The COD of the drainage is less than 100.What’s more,the PH,solid suspension and ammonian can reach the standard.The paper which based on the data of performance test,is raised several reforming plans such as adding the anti-surging pipe、recycling the waste water as well as adding the steam purging pipe etc.With these reforms and remodification,it can realize the purpose of saving energy and keeping environment.
