摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法对苯醚甲环唑进行了定量分析研究,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比为35∶35∶30),使用ODS C18为填料的不锈钢柱和具可变波长的紫外检测器。该方法的平均回收率为99.75%,变异系数为0.3206%,标准偏差为0.3073。
An analysis method of difenoconazole by reversed HPLC was described.Using ODS C18 column,ultraviolet absorption detector,methanol/ ethanonitrile/water(35∶35∶30,by vol)as mobile phase,the results showed that average recovery was99.75 %,the coefficient of variation was 0.3206 %,the standard deviation was 0.3073.
