摘要
文章从重硬件投入、轻软件建设;实验师资队伍不稳定;师资队伍结构及知识水平等三方面剖析了学校当前实验师资队伍现状。针对上述现象,建议从加强观念转变,增加实验人员流动,建立平等的激励机制,制定切合工作内容的津贴分配政策,加强实验技术人员的培养,优化实验室队伍结构等方面采取措施来加强学校实验师资队伍建设。
It was emphasis on investment in hardware and belittles software construction;the experimental teachers were instability and the structure and knowledge level of school teachers were analyzed.Which were dissected for dissecting the experiment faculty status quo from three aspects.For the above phenomenon,proposed transition for strengthening concepts,increasing experimental mobility,equal incentives,allowance allocation policies formulated to meet the work content,strengthen the culture of the laboratory technicians and optimizing laboratory team structure.Which were taken measures to strengthen the construction of school laboratory team.
