高职应用化工技术专业人才培养模式的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Talent Training Model of the Application of Chemical Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

针对高职人才培养的要求,结合本校特色对应用化工技术专业人才培养模式进行了探索。创建了142的人才培养模式,即一个目标、四个模块和两个调整;完善了课程体系,既有扎实的专业理论,又有系统的实训操作;以提高课程的有效性为目标,在教学中采用理实一体化,教师和学生角色转换等有利于提高学生学习兴趣的措施。通过一系列的创新与实践,使本专业人才培养模式有了自己的特色,学生就业率连年保持较高水平。

In the light of the requirements of vocational personnel training,Application of Chemical Technology Specialty training mode was explored with the feature of the school.Created 142 of the personnel training mode,that is one target,four modules and two adjustments;perfected the curriculum system,not only have solid theoretical foundation,but also system operation training;in order to improve the effectiveness of the curriculum goal,integrated of theory and practice in the teaching process,took steps to improve the students＇ interest in learning,such as swapping the roles of teacher and student.Through a series of innovation and practice,the professional personnel training mode has its own characteristics,student employment rate has remained at a high level year after year.
