摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对凹凸棒土进行表面接枝改性,研究了改性凹凸棒土对活性染料的吸附性能,探讨了吸附时间、pH、吸附温度、吸附剂用量对吸附性能的影晌.结果表明,KH550改性凹凸棒土对活性蓝KNB和活性黄AES的吸附性能好于原凹凸棒土.当吸附时间为80min、pH为3—4、吸附温度为45℃、吸附剂用量为2g/L时,吸附性能最好.
Palygorskite was modified using silane coupling agent KH 550. The adsorption performance of modified palygorskite to reactive dye was discussed. The effects of adsorption time, pH, adsorption temperature and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption performance of reactive blue KNB and reactive yellow AES onto modified palygorskite were investigated. The results showed that modified palygorskite exhibited better adsorption capacity than pure palygorskite. The adsorption capacity of KH 550-modified palygorskite was the best under the following conditions: adsorption time 80 min, pH 3-4, adsorption temperature 45 ℃, adsorbent dosage 2 g/L.
