纺织品中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮顶空-气相色谱检测法探讨

Discussion on determination of N,N-dimethylacetamide and 1-methyl -2-pyrrolidinone in textiles by head-space gas chromatography

采用顶空一气相色谱法检测纺织品中N，N－二甲基乙酰胺（DMAC）和N-甲基吡咯烷酮（NMP）的残留量．在顶空瓶平衡温度为100℃，平衡时间为30min的条件下，2种残留溶剂分离完全，线性良好，检测限分别为6．8mg／kg和11．6mg／kg．在样品的基础上进行回收试验，回收率为91．2％～96．0％，相对标准偏差（n=3）为1．87％～3．72％．

Head-space gas chromatography was amide （DMAC） and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone （NMP） used to determine the residue of N, N-dimethylacetin textiles. The balance temperature and the balance time in the head-space vessel were 100 ℃ and 30 min. Under these conditions, two kinds of residual solvents were separated completely and had good linearity. The detection limits of this method were 6.8 mg/kg and 11.6 mg/kg. The recovery test was performed based on the samples, the recovery rate were in the range of 91.2%-96.0% with 1.87%-3.72% of relative standard deviation （n=3）.
