纺织品中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮顶空-气相色谱检测法探讨 被引量:15

Discussion on determination of N,N-dimethylacetamide and 1-methyl -2-pyrrolidinone in textiles by head-space gas chromatography

摘要 采用顶空一气相色谱法检测纺织品中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)的残留量.在顶空瓶平衡温度为100℃,平衡时间为30min的条件下,2种残留溶剂分离完全,线性良好,检测限分别为6.8mg/kg和11.6mg/kg.在样品的基础上进行回收试验,回收率为91.2%~96.0%,相对标准偏差(n=3)为1.87%~3.72%. Head-space gas chromatography was amide (DMAC) and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) used to determine the residue of N, N-dimethylacetin textiles. The balance temperature and the balance time in the head-space vessel were 100 ℃ and 30 min. Under these conditions, two kinds of residual solvents were separated completely and had good linearity. The detection limits of this method were 6.8 mg/kg and 11.6 mg/kg. The recovery test was performed based on the samples, the recovery rate were in the range of 91.2%-96.0% with 1.87%-3.72% of relative standard deviation (n=3).
