摘要
针对三维圆织法成形的管状立体织物组织结构的特殊性,提出了一种管状立体织物组织结构的表达方法——基相生成法,该方法将织物的完全组织分解成若干个组织基,并将这些组织基以矩阵形式表达.该方法可以实现管状立体织物所有类型组织的统一表达,以精确的数学语言从微观角度揭示管状立体织物组织结构的规律与本质,同时,其为经纱开口运动的计算机控制提供了方便,使研究者能方便快捷地获取织造数据和制定控制策略,提高控制程序的通用性和编程效率.
A new approach for the representation of tubular 3D woven fabric's structure was presented,that was perssad phase generation approach. According to this approach, the full structure of the fabric was divided into several perssad which was expressed in matrix form. It unified the expression of the tubular 3D fabric with all kinds of structure and revealed its nature with mathematical language. Furthermore, it's convenient to get the weaving data and making control strategy for shedding motion, which improved programming efficiency and the generality of control program.
