摘要
以丙烯酸聚合物乳液为主要成膜物,尿素为成膜助剂,锆化合物为交联剂,合成了一种新型啤酒瓶标签胶。当丙烯酸聚合物乳液用量为30%、尿素20%、锆化合物2%时,制备的标签胶初粘性强、耐水性好、成本低廉、胶耗量低,可以满足啤酒生产线高速贴标要求。
A new label adhesive for beer bottle was prepared using acrylic polymer emulsion as the main film-forming material,urea as the film-forming assistant and zirconium containing compounds as the cross-linking agent.When acrylic polymer emulsion content was 30%,urea content was 20% and zirconium containing compounds content was 2%,the label adhesive showed better adhesive properties,including high initial bonding strength,good water resistance,low cost and low glue consumption.It can be used in high-speed production line for labeling beer bottle
