Discussion on sulfide in textile printing and dyeing production process

针对纺织印染生产过程中使用的含硫化学品进行分析,得出硫化物在印染加工过程中的走向,通过分析不同废水处理方式脱硫的效率,总结出硫化物在加工过程中所起的作用以及变迁情况,得出印染企业可以采取针对性的处理方式,解决废水中的硫化物含量问题,实现达标排放。

According to analysis of chemicals containing sulfur used in textile printing and dyeing production process, the route direction of sulfide in printing and dyeing production was obtained. The desulfurization efficiency of different waste water treatment methods was investigated. Then effect of and changes of sulfide in the production process were summarized. Furthermore, much more effective measures could be taken by printing and dyeing enterprise and the problems of how to make sulfide content in discharged waste water from printing and dyeing production process come up to the national standard could be solved.
