摘要
论述了"棉织物一浴低温连续练漂工艺"的技术原理,通过使用自主研发的低温练漂剂,实现了工艺的创新和突破,达到了降低反应温度,缩短反应时间,大幅度降低了蒸汽、水、电和化学品用量,同时降低了污水的pH和COD,从而达到节能减排的效果。通过推广应用,针对不同设备和工艺类型,研究了相应的配套工艺方案,以利于推广。介绍了棉纤维在机织物、针织物、筒子纱等不同形态下的低温一浴练漂工艺。
The technical principle about souring and bleaching one-bath process to cotton fabrics and yarns at low temperature was discussed. The innovation and breakthroughs about the process were realized by using the cold souring and bleaching agent which was prepared by ourself. During this process, the trealed temperature and time were reduced and the dosages, including steam, water, electricity and chemicals were decreased. The pH and COD in sewage was minished, which promoted energy saving and pollution reduction. The matched process about different machine and techque were investigated in order to extension. The souring and bleaching one-bath process to cotton substrates, including woven fabric, knitted fabric, cheese was attempted.
