摘要
集成化的工艺设计提供了利用创新加工方法合理化潜能的可能性。通过将选择工艺及早集成到设计过程中 ,并考虑材料和加工方法特定边界条件的情况下来规划产品的特征。这样就可能优化地协调产品、材料和工艺 ,并由此缩短了工艺链。为了实现集成的工艺设计的系统化 ,对加工方法的选择以及创成工艺链进行了研究。工艺链一般由核心工艺 (成形工艺 )和若干辅助工艺(改变性能的工艺、变形工艺或连接工艺 )所组成。其目标是开发一个将创新工艺及早与产品形成过程相结合的工具。
Integrated process planning provides the possibility to use the potential of rationalization related to innovative machining methods.Through early integration of technology selection with the design process,the characteristics of products are laid out under the consideration of specified boundary conditions for material and machining methods.This allows the optimal coordination of product,material and technology,and thus shortens the technology chain.The selection of machining methods and the generation of technology chains are studied to systematize the integrated process planning. The technology chain is generally composed of core technology(forming technology)and additional technologies( property changing technology form changing technology and joint technology).Its target is to develop a tool for early combination of the innovative technology with the product generation process.
