光催化-电化学联用测定对氟苯甲酸含量

摘要 目的:建立一种光催化-电化学联用测定水中对氟苯甲酸含量的新方法。方法:在Pt/TiO2存在下,光催化降解水中少量对氟苯甲酸,采用开路电位-时间曲线法,测定光催化降解对氟苯甲酸2 h时产生的氟离子含量,实验结果显示对氟苯甲酸的初始浓度与光催化生成氟离子的量成良好线性关系,考察了测定方法的标准工作曲线、精密度和准确度。结果:标准工作曲线的回归方程分别为y=3.3318x+0.0002(R2=0.9997)和y=17.826x-44.634(R2=0.9990),线性范围分别为1.00×10-6~1.00×10-4mol.L-1和1.00×10-4~1.00×10-3mol.L-1。结论:采用光催化-电化学联用技术测定水溶液中少量对氟苯甲酸含量,测定结果准确可靠。 Objective: To establish a novel Photocatalysis-Electrochemistry method to determine p-Fluorobenzoic acid in water, Method: In the presence of Pt/TiO2, the photocatalytic degradation of a few p-Fluorobenzoic Acid in water has been studied. Photocatalytic fluorine ion generation at 2 h was determined by Open Circuit Potential-Time Curve method. The experiment shows that the concentration of photocatalytic flurine ion generation is linear to the initial concentration of p-Fluorobenzoic acid. The Standard working curve, precision and accuracy have been investigated. Results: The regression equation of standard working curves are y = 3.3318x + 0.0002 (R2 = 0.9997 ) and y = 17.826x - 44.634 (R2 = 0.9990), the linear range of the determination are 1 x 101 x lO-4mol.L-1 and 1 x 10~ - 1 x 10 mol.L-1. Conclusion: PhotocatalysisElectrochemistry method to determine p-Fluorobenzoic acid in water is accurate and reliable. The method was used to determine a little o-Fluorobenzoic acid in water with satisfactorv results.
