天津滨海新区居民用地扩展动态变化研究

Study on dynamic change of residential land expansion in Binhai new area of Tianjin based on image analysis

本文以天津滨海新区为研究区,以1989年和2009年的Landsat TM遥感影像为数据源,采用综合分类法和二值化方法提取居民用地信息,运用GIS空间分析、扩展面积、扩展强度指数等模型对研究区20年来的居民用地扩展情况进行动态监测,并分析了居民用地方位变化情况,简述了居民用地扩展带来的影响。结果表明,从整体角度看,滨海新区20年来,研究区内的居民用地面积总体扩展了3.35倍,北部发展最快。

The paper took Binhai New Area of Tianjin for examples based on Landsat TM images of 1989 and 2009. Firstly, the information of residential land was extracted using comprehensive classification method and binarization method; secondly, the residen- tial land expansion was monitored dynamically for 20 years with the use of model about GIS spatial analysis, expanded area model, and expansion intensity index model. Then the position change of residential land was analyzed. Lastly, the impact of residential land ex- pansion was outlined. The results showed that the residential lands have increased 3.35 times for 20 years in the study area from overall perspective. And the northern region became the fastest development part there.
