从反腐情报监控处理系统的建构入手,建立一个以信息为核心的主动型查办案件模式,实现对舆情信息的发现、监测、核查、评估、判定、预警,及时掌握相关情报信息进行分析、处置、通报和反馈,并依托系统进行上下级指挥调度,形成基于平台的网络化管理。同时搞好系统建构的顶层设计,加大内外协调力度整合各方资源,推进科技办案的相关法制建设,加强与高科技专业机构的分工合作。
