摘要
通过对蒸氨、氨分解系统一段时间的运行操作分析,发现原料氨水在蒸氨塔内经蒸汽蒸吹后的氨汽在分缩器的冷却过程和氨汽在分解炉中经高温和催化剂的作用被催化分解,生成氮、氢和一氧化碳的过程中存在的问题,针对这些问题采取了优化改造。
Through the analysis of the operation of ammonia,ammonia decomposition system and a period of time,the raw material of ammonia in the ammonia distillation tower is found by steam and ammonia steam blowing in the cooling process and the ammonia vapor condenser in decomposing furnace with high temperature and catalyst is catalytic decomposition,hydrogen and nitrogen,process generates a oxidation the carbon of the problem,to solve these problems by optimizing transformation.
