微生物清淤剂的制备及对水中氨氮的去除率研究 被引量:3

摘要 氨氮浓度是水体中重要监测因子,氨氮浓度过高会对水体产生明显毒性,影响水质。选用放线菌、欧洲亚硝化单胞菌、维氏硝化杆菌、泛养副球菌和巨大芽孢杆菌作为清淤菌与多孔钠型活化沸石颗粒按照重量比1/19~1/4的比例混合均匀制备成清淤剂。该清淤剂在南库支浜河污水治理中,对NH3-N平均去除率达69.79%,效果好于普通微生物净水技术。监测结果表明该技术对河道氨氮、总磷和硫化物的去除效果明显,水质显著改善。 The ammonia concentration is an important factor in water monitoring,excessive ammonia concentration will produce significant toxicity and affect water quality.Choosing actinomycetes,Europe nitrosated Aeromonas,Vickers nitrifying bacteria,the Pan-raising Paracoccus and huge Bacillus as the dredging bacteria mixed with porous sodium activated zeolite particles in the rate of 1/19 to 1/4 to prepare dredging agent.The dredging agent has 69.79 % ammonia concentration,the effect is better than ordinary microbiological water purification technology in the sewage treatment of the south city library branch river.
