摘要
介绍了某屠宰厂废水处理及回用工程,设计处理能力1600 m3/d,废水进水CODCr、BOD5、SS和氨氮分别为2200 mg/L、1000 mg/L、900 mg/L和120 mg/L,经处理后,CODCr、BOD5、SS和氨氮分别小于70 mg/L、20 mg/L、60 mg/L和10 mg/L,去除率分别达96.8%、98.0%、93.3%和91.7%,优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)要求,且出水稳定,部分出水低质低用,直接回用作为圈舍冲洗以及屠宰车间地面冲洗用水。
Introduced an engineering example of abattoir wastewater treatment and reuse,processing capacity of 1600 m3/d.The results showed that when the influent CODCrwas 2200 mg/L,BOD5 was 1000 mg/L,SS was 900 mg/L,and NH3-N was 120 mg/L,the treated effluent CODCrbelows 70 mg/L,BOD520 mg/L,SS 60 mg/L,and NH3-N 10 mg/L,the removal rate reached 96.8 %,98.0 %,93.3 %,and 91.7 %.The treated effluent was better than the highest standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB8978-1996.Part of the treated effluent directly reuse as housing flush and slaughtering workshop ground flush.
