摘要
采用打浆粉碎与液氮研磨两种不同的方式制备蔬菜样品,通过微波消解法处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定样品中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn的含量,用氢化物发生—冷原子荧光光谱法(HG-CAFS)测定Hg的含量,并对这两种制样方式进行比较。结果表明:液氮研磨法制备蔬菜样比打浆粉碎的方式具有更高的准确度与精密度,研磨时间更短,是更高效更细致的蔬菜样品制样方式。
Vegetables were smashed by two different methods of pulping by food processer and grinding by using liquid nitrogen.The contents of As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn in the sample solutions were determined by ICP-MS,and contents of Hg by HG-CAFS.As shown by the experimental results,the accuracy and precision were better by grinding vegetables added liquid nitrogen than pulping vegetables used food processer,and the speed of grinding vegetables added liquid nitrogen was faster.The way of grinding vegetables added liquid nitrogen was better method of smashing vegetables.
