摘要
建立了铜与LIX984的萃取体系,测定电镀污泥浸出液中铜,当萃取剂为3%时对铜的萃取达到99.5%。相比1∶1萃铜效果最佳铁镍锌的萃取很少。本方法就是运用其好的选择性检测酸性浸出液中的铜含量。结果相对标准偏差为0.04%,回收率为101.3%102.5%。
The establishment of LIX984 and copper extraction systems,determination of copper in electroplating sludge leaching,when 3 % was liquid extraction of copper reached 99.5 %.Compared to 1：1 fluid extraction of copper nickel zinc iron works best was very small.Selective detection of this method was to use its good in acid leaching of copper.Relative standard deviation of the results of 0.04 %,The recovery rate was 101.3 %～102.5 %.
