摘要
探索并确定适用于饲料添加剂中赖氨酸极谱测定的体系。研究了共存维生素C、维生素B1和其它共存离子对赖氨酸测定的干扰情况。结果表明,在选定的0.08 mol/L Na2HPO4-0.2 mol/L CH3CHO-1×10-5mol/L NaOH底液中,赖氨酸浓度在1~100μg/mL范围内与极谱峰电流有良好线性关系。方法检出限为0.6μg/mL。方法准确、快速、简便,应用于测定饲料添加剂中赖氨酸的含量,结果满意。
An electrolyte system of sodium hydrogen phosphate-acetaldehyde-sodium hydroxide was established for determination of lysine in feed additive using polarography.The composition of the system was found to be 0.08 mol/L Na2HPO4-0.2 mol/L CH3CHO-1×10-5mol/L NaOH(pH=9).The effect of interference ions on the lysine determination in this system was investigated.It was showed that the peak current had a linear relationship with lysine concentration in the solution in the range of 1.0~100 μg/mL,and the detection limit was 0.6 μg/mL.This method is accurate,rapid,and simple,and has been applied to determination of lysine in feed additive,with satisfactory results.
