摘要
恩格斯在《共产主义原理》等著作中形成并阐述了"全面才能→自由分工"思想;恩格斯的"全面才能→自由分工"思想开创了分工理论研究的新境界;如果把从斯密到马克思、恩格斯的分工理论整合,可以形成"分工实践环";恩格斯的"全面才能→自由分工"思想有三重实践意义。
Engels formed and explicated in The Principles of Communism the thought of ＂from comprehensive talent to liberal division of labor＂,which created the path of the research on theories of the division of labor.By the integration of the labor divison theories of Adam Smith,Karl Marx and Frederick Engels,the ＂practice circle of labor division＂ is formed.Engels＇s thought of ＂from comprehensive talent to liberal division of labor＂ has three points of practical significance.
